4. Choose Compression Settings from 
    the Image menu and indicate the 
    settings you want.

    The sample image in the dialog 
    box changes to show the effects of
    the settings you choose. 

    If you aren’t sure what settings  
    to choose, use the default settings.

5. Click OK.

6. Choose Compress from the Image 
    menu.
